Simply arrive 10-15 minutes before any scheduled program. Ring the doorbell on the Mill Street porch and let folks know it’s your first visit. There will be someone assigned to show you where to put your coats, shoes and valuables. You’ll join in a short introduction to Zen meditation, then join the group for meditation, silent tea on Tuesday, a Dharma talk, and closing chants. You will be given an opportunity to speak with the teacher privately (dokusan). All programs are offered free of charge, donations greatly appreciated.
Current programs are, 6:50 - 8:45 p.m. each Tuesday evening and on Sunday from 10:15 a.m. to noon. On Saturdays we have a virtual meditation session. Please see the Calendar page for further information.
We encourage everyone to consider attending our retreats as they create the container for deeper practice together.
