7:00-8:45 p.m. Evening Program (seated and walking meditation, silent tea, & Dharma talk)
A short 30-minute beginning instruction is offered each Tuesday during our 7:00-8:45 p.m. Please arrive by 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday:

Silent meditation (in person only). Door opens at 6:25 a.m. and again briefly at 7:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Thursday Sangha Samu Day.
This is our weekly time to take care of Miao Chung temple together.

Each Saturday a Zen student coordinates our brief meditation and offers a concluding poem.

All retreats are free of charge for Sangha Members, Formal Students and Guest Students. Please make a monthly pledge (if you have not already done so) to help support these offerings:
November Zazenkai will be offered on the 9th. (6 a.m. - noon) Formal and Guest students may simply appear on their seats at 5:50 a.m.
