Beginning instruction is offered each Tuesday during our 7:00-8:45 p.m. evening program. Please arrive by 6:45 p.m.

6:30 - 8:00 a.m.
Silent meditation (in person only). Door opens at 6:25 a.m. and again briefly at 7:00 a.m.

Thursday Programs:
10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Thursday Sangha Samu Day.
This is our weekly time to take care of Miao Chung temple together.

Each Saturday a Zen student coordinates our brief meditation and offers a concluding poem.

All retreats are free of charge for Sangha Members, Formal Students and Guest Students. Please make a monthly pledge (if you have not already done so) to help support these offerings.

You are welcomed to wear a mask if needed or to join online if you prefer. We are committed to providing the opportunity to gather together for practice and respect everyone’s needs and concerns for wellness.
