Tuesday Evening Programs:
5:30-6:30 p.m. Silent Meditation (in person only)
7:00-8:45 p.m. Evening Program (seated and walking meditation, silent tea, & Dharma talk)
A short 30-minute beginning instruction is offered each Tuesday during our 7:00-8:45 p.m. Please arrive by 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday:
7:00 - 7:30 a.m.
Silent meditation (in person only). Door opens at 6:25 a.m. and again briefly at 7:00 a.m.
Perfect to start your day.
Thursday Programs:
10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Thursday Sangha Samu Day.
This is our weekly time to take care of Miao Chung temple together.

Saturday Morning Program: (online only)
7:30 to 8:00 a.m.
Each Saturday a Zen student coordinates our brief meditation and offers a concluding poem.

Sunday Morning Programs: (in person only):
Beginning instruction is offered each Sunday; please arrive by 10:15 a.m.
10:30 a.m. to noon (seated and walking meditation & Dharma talk - followed by an optional vegetarian lunch)

Retreats
All retreats are free of charge for Sangha Members, Formal Students and Guest Students. Please make a monthly pledge (if you have not already done so) to help support these offerings:
November Zazenkai will be offered on the 9th. (6 a.m. - noon) Formal and Guest students may simply appear on their seats at 5:50 a.m.
Rohatsu Sesshin* is December 5-7

All scheduled weekly events are offered free of charge. Please consider donating to whatever extent you are able.
Parking:
Please limit parking on 15th Street to help our neighbors. Mill Street is available on both sides of the street.
Masking:
You are welcomed to wear a mask if needed or to join online if you prefer. We are committed to providing the opportunity to gather together for practice and respect everyone’s needs and concerns for wellness.
